A little about me, I’m an avid fitness enthusiast with a slight obsession for fitness technology and wearables.  I’m usually wearing multiple fitness trackers at any given time.  Growing up, I ran track in high school and college, played basketball on my high school team, and ran cross county for one year in high school (we won the state title so it was worth it).  Currently, I work out every day.  Activities I enjoy or am involved in include running, indoor & outdoor cycling, weight training, crossfit and yoga (from time to time), and martial arts (Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wudang Tai Chi & Xing Yi kung fu).  I work full time in Information Security for a large company here in Atlanta.

Over time, I’ve purchased and evaluated many fitness trackers and devices.  So much so, that friends and family members always ask me questions about which trackers do what and which trackers I’d recommend for their fitness activities.  Along with that, I get many questions regarding fitness advice.  The advice I’ve given friends and family has been so helpful that many have suggested that I start a blog to help others.  So, here I am.  Finally lol.  I hope you enjoy my reviews of fitness products and fitness advice as you follow me on my journey of health and wellness!
